-2 days clinical in a nursing facility

CPR

- $70 for new / $65 for renewal -must provide proof of unexpired card

QMAP

- At least 18 years old. Must bring photo ID
- Finish test and homework at home then walk-in per course schedule for practical in-person testing
- Costs $115 / retake the exam $45
