Please wear navy blue scrubs, comfortable easy slip-on shoes. Hair up and no long nails. Please bring your SSN card and a photo ID for verification or send a photo in WhatsApp 720-275-1891. A 2-step skin TB test is required. It is very important to do this TB test immediately. The process can take 2 weeks. You may get a blood draw or Chest X-ray instead.
