Follow these steps to complete your enrollment at Colorado Nurse’s Aide School
- Immediate Actions
- Application:Log in to Medical Health Training to submit your CNA application.
- Username:Your email (Unless you created yourself)
- Password:Your 10 digit phone number (Unless you created yourself)
- Orientation: Watch the Orientation Video. Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JrSggw5rsdk
- Photo ID: Send a Selfie/Photo for your student ID badge (email: carolyn@medicalhealthtraining.com)
- Practical Lab & Scheduling (Pick 1 day only 7:30 am to 7:30 pm)
- Schedule Labs: Choose your month and date via the Calendly Link: https://calendly.com/carolyn-medicalhealthtraining/labs-2026. Note: you don’t have to complete the online requirements (test), TB test or vaccines before attending the lab.
- Preparation: Watch all required NAPSA skills videos and complete your index card homework before attending your lab session. NAPSA Video Link: NAPSA Skills (under Skill videos)
- Attire: Navy blue scrubs and comfortable slip-on shoes. Keep hair up and nails short.
- What to Bring: Bring your SSN card and Photo ID (or send photos via WhatsApp at 720-275-1891) and your Index Cards. Bring your lunch, Water and snacks.
- Medical Requirements:
- TB Test: Complete a 2-step skin test immediately (takes 2 weeks), or provide a blood draw/chest X-ray.
- Vaccines: Provide flu and COVID-19 status/records (waivers are available upon request).
- To Do List for you.

Important information for STATE EXAMS
Online Written Exam:
- desktop, laptop, or Chromebook with a single monitor and plugged in to the outlet
- A private room with four walls (not glass)
- A full charged mobile device
- Strong Internet connection
- Wired Headset – only required for oral exams.
- Written has to be rescheduled 4 days prior to scheduled testing day
- Must provide two forms of ID one must be photo ID neither can be expired and must have a signature

Green card or permanent resident card – Not Accepted
- The name on your identification must be the same as the name you used on the application.
If your name is different, you MUST bring proof of your name change (a copy of an official document such as a marriage license or divorce decree)
- Can begin test 15 minutes prior or 14 minutes after scheduled time No sooner No Later
- 70 multiple choice questions must get 80%
- If you do not present yourself to scheduled testing time it will be counted as a no show/FAIL. Incorrect form of ID – you will be turned away and marked as failed. No refund will be issued.
Skills Exam:
- Skills has to be scheduled 7 days prior to scheduled testing day
- Must provide two forms of ID one must be photo ID neither can be expired must have a signature on both forms of ID. See acceptable IDs above
- Arrive 30 minutes prior
- If you do not present yourself to scheduled testing time or if you arrive late it will be counted as a no show/FAIL. No refund will be issued
- 3-5 skills 30 minutes total
- Expect to be there all day
