• Program Length - 4 weeks

• Online/Hybrid
- Practical Learning Lab: 12 hours required at the school (2 locations to choose from-Centennial (7 am to 7 pm) or Aurora 330 pm to 730 pm) See class schedule for dates offered. Total 12 hours can be done in 1 day or multiple flexible dates
- Practical Final Skill Exam: 4 hours (Completed at the school 2 locations offered Centennial or Aurora. See class schedule for dates/times
- Final Written Exam: 2 hours (Completed at the school *Same day as the practical exam. 2 locations offered Centennial or Aurora. See class schedule for dates/times
• 2 days clinical in a nursing home facility located Littleton/Centennial area
• Spanish resources available
• Tuition $1200 One time upon registration
• Tuition Payment Plan $1500

- Free practice sessions prior to state board exam
• What you need:
- Navy blue scrubs
- TB test

QMAP

• At least 18 years old
• Finish test and homework at home
• Costs $105 / retake the exam $35
• Testing by appointment - at our school
• Testing days every Tuesday after 2pm
• M-W-F testing by appointment only after 3pm
• Submission of QMAP License is every Monday
