Clinical Student Orientation Information
Centennial Location
Time: 7 am to 3 pm
Location: Life Care Center of Littleton 1500 W Mineral Ave Littleton Co 80120
Please come on time. If you are 10 minutes late you will not be allowed to attend. Be in your Navy Blue
uniform and closed toe shoes. Hair up and short nails. Bring your nametag (if you have it with you) pen,
lunch, snacks and water bottle; bring your state exam fee $145 (disregard if you're with agency).
Park in the back parking lot and wait at the door by dumpster. Your instructor Carolyn will be there as
well. CPR class will be done at the school or facility if you need it and please bring your $60 (disregard if
you are with an agency).

Colorado Springs
Time: 8 am to 4 pm
