• 2.5 hour class

• Every Tuesday of the week

• $65 for new / $55 for renewal

• BLS (Basic Life Support) & Heart saver

First Aid Class

QMAP

Colorado Medical Health Training Inc.

• Online/Hybrid Only

• Costs $105 / retake the exam $35

• At least 18 years old

• Finish tests and homework at home

• Practical Testing by appointment - at our school

• Practical Testing days every Tuesday, 1 pm to 2pm

• Submission of QMAP License is every Wednesday

Note: The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment will no longer issue certificates for those who have completed the QMAP training past the testing. Assisted Living Administrator

• At least 21 years old

• Includes QMAP, CPR, and First Aid

• Must be present for the entire course and pass the competency exam
