- In person M-W-F 9:30 am to 2:30 pm
- Online/Hybrid (5 days in person only)
-2 days clinical in a nursing facility

QMAP
Colorado Medical Health Training Inc.

- At least 18 years old
- Finish test and homework at home
- Costs $105 / retake the exam $35
- Testing by appointment - at the school
- Testing days every Tuesday after 2pm by appointment
- M-W-F testing by appointment only after 3pm
