Welcome to the nurse’s aide program. Please read and complete each module on the computer program.
Login Information for the CNA Class
- Go to medicalhealthtraining.com
- Click on LOGIN (See top right side of the screen)
- Put in your username and password.
- Select “Certified Nursing Assistant” ( highlighted in blue )
- Read through “Overview”
- Next tab “Curriculum”. Click on “show more items” to see your chapters and chapter tests.
(Note: If you do not have your Log Info, please call 3037575858 during Mondays-Wednesdays –Fridays. Your account is valid only for 60 days)
To complete the course you will be required to complete the following:
1. Test Information
- All 1 to 10 Chapter’s exams are online. Log in to medicalhealthtraining.com using your login info. These are timed. Each test is multiple choice. Make sure that you are in a quiet place with no interruptions. You must pass each test with an 85%. If you fail a test, please study what you missed and take it again up to 3 attempts. Read each chapter power point and take the chapter test. Due date will be on 3rd week of the month (See class schedules on the website)
2. Home Work Practical Index Cards
- You are required to write out all 23 skills from the practical skill videos on index cards. Theses index cards are due before attending your scheduled lab practical. Check out our YouTube videos (Under CNA Playlist): Colorado Medical Health Training

3. Mandatory Practical Lab
- You are required to attend a total of 8 hours of lab practice per the school schedule.
- Centennial Location: You can do 1 day lab for 8 hours (8 am to 4 pm) . See Class Schedules 2025.

You can earn extra points (max. 5 points) for coming in to practice your labs independently. One hour of practice is equal to 1 point. Bonus coupon are located in the lab area they are yellow in color. They must be signed by a staff member in the facility. This can be signed by your agency.

Final Exam Information
Step 1: Online Written Final Exam – Once you’ve completed the chapter 1-10 tests take this final exam by the due date see course schedule ( Through phone/ laptop /computer). 100 questions multiple choice with an 85% passing grade. You are given 45 minutes to complete the online written exam. See the final exam study guide: LOGIN to your account \Curriculum\Final Exam Study Guide. If you do not pass, please contact your instructor right away. Tel: 303-757-5858
Step 2: In Person Hands-on demonstration of all 23 skills at 100% passing grade on the assigned final practical exam day (See Website for Final Exam dates). You are given 4 hours to complete the skills exam. You will be assigned a time to come in to complete the hands on final between 730 am to 730 pm. See course schedule for the final exam date. If you do not pass, you cannot go to clinical.
Clinical
You are required to complete 16 hours of supervised learning/practice after your final exam as part of the graduation process. These will be assigned per schedule (See Website Class Schedules). Clinical Hours: 7 am to 3 pm

State Exam Information
The state test is NOT part of the tuition ($95 – Skill and $50 – Written). Register for your state exam only after you graduate from the CNA program.
Please make sure you bring 2 forms of unexpired ID with 1 photo ID during the state exams. Phones, iPads, and notebooks are not allowed for taking the written test. Laptops with a working camera and microphone are needed. Download Google Chrome before taking the exam. Safari is not allowed.
